We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to buy an original archive newspaper from almost any date since the beginning of the twentieth century. For most dates these are original newspapers, not copies, and make a fascinating and revealing gift to commemorate a special date.

You will receive an original newspaper from the date you choose, presented either in a classic presentation box or in an impressive presentation portfolio. If available, we will send you an original broadsheet. If no broadsheet is available, we'll send you a tabloid. In the unlikely event that no original newspaper is available (or where the original is highly collectable and therefore very expensive!), we'll recreate a Times for you, reprinting the full content onto news-quality paper.

Original Sunday Newspapers are very rare, and therefore carry a £20 surcharge.
If your date is a Sunday, please select whether you want to pay the surcharge or receive the following Monday newspaper instead.

These beautifully gold embossed and individually bound books contain a complete recreation of either the Times or the Daily Mirror for the date you select, printed onto quality book paper. Additional pages are also included to show significant headlines from the year you've chosen, and a detailed contents page. The pages are enclosed between stylish end papers, and traditionally bound with an elegant hard back cover.

For that personal gift, you can include a message to the recipient on the title page of the book.

As a final touch, why not have the recipient's name embossed on the cover? (£5 additional charge applies)

The Times is presented in a large, stylish blue cover, 50x40cm in size. The Mirror, being a smaller newspaper, is available in a similar burgundy cover, 31x38cm in size.

If the date you choose is a Sunday, we will reproduce a Sunday broadsheet (if you selected the Times product) or a Sunday tabloid (if you selected the Mirror product). Unfortunately, because Sunday papers are very rare, we cannot guarantee the title you will receive.

Because of the work involved in printing your book and embossing it to your requirements, unfortunately we cannot offer next-day delivery - please allow two weeks for delivery of your book. Our normal despatch is via First Class Post, but you may wish us to send your book by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which means it will arrive one working day after despatch (but remember production timescales are still measured in weeks!). This 'Express' despatch option costs an extra £5, but enables parcel tracking and provides a more reliable delivery date. If you want to pay the extra £5 for peace of mind, choose the 'Express' option below.
